Rob has over 19 years of experience in Heavy Civil/Construction and Geology projects. Project experience includes Road and Bridge, Dam Safety, Commercial Building, Public Works and Aviation projects. He has over 10 years of experience in materials testing, including Concrete, Soils, Rock, and Asphalt. Mr. Garner is also a Licensed Professional Surveyor, with over 10 years of experience in all facets of surveying.

Executive Vice President of Operations
Mary Lauren is a seventh generation Wayne Countian. Her background stems from educational groups, non-profit organizations, grant programs, and municipalities.
She has managed many different projects from start to finish while maintaining day-to-day operations in office and with staff.
While Mary Lauren has worked with many different entities, she continues to volunteer with different organizations like the American Legion Auxiliary and her church. She also served a four year term on the Wayne County Commission for District 1 from 2018 to 2022.
